Joseph E. Motes has been the local real estate/title authority for many years, with extensive experience in complex real estate transactions with numerous businesses and individuals.

When other title agencies and attorneys need help, they call Joe.  He is the leading authority for real estate law in our area, with nearly 30 years of seeing every type of real estate transaction and issues arising from them.  

When not at work, he can be found with his wife, Beth, and his daughter, Micah.
